3. Will I be supported through the planning and permit process?
Absolutely. At Premier Traditional Homes, we guide you through every step — from council approvals to navigating local planning requirements — so you’re never left feeling unsure. With extensive experience across Melbourne suburbs, we know how to manage the details and keep things moving.
You’ll also have the support of a dedicated team, including a Site Manager, Construction Manager, and Quality Manager, all working together to ensure your home is built to the highest standards.

5. What is your design process, and how involved can I be?
We believe the best homes are built through collaboration. From your initial Vision Session right through to handover, you’ll be part of every significant decision.
We partner with the talented architectural team at BBOT Designs to craft a home that reflects your lifestyle, suits your block, and feels uniquely yours. They’ll help bring your ideal floorplan and layout to life with expert advice and care.
You’ll also experience our colour selection process, where you’ll explore tapware, flooring, cabinetry, tiles, and more in our dedicated colour room. It’s your chance to personalise every detail.
6. Do you work with interior designers or architects?
Yes – it’s a key part of what sets us apart. We’ve proudly partnered with BBOT Designs for over a decade. Their team of experienced architects and designers work hand-in-hand with us (and with you) to create thoughtful, beautifully balanced homes that are tailored to your preferences.
7. How will you keep me informed during the build?
Clear, consistent communication is at the core of how we work. From the moment construction begins, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact who’ll keep you updated at every milestone — from slab pour to final handover.
