WK Stone has revolutionised its QUANTUM QUARTZ stone and introduced QUANTUM ZERO, the same range that maintains the aesthetics appeal and function durability of traditional engineered stone but is completely free from crystalline silica. This initiative not only aligns with new health regulations but also reflects a commitment to the well-being of customers and workers alike.
A palette of possibilities
QUANTUM ZERO is crafted from premium recycled glass, comprising 79-90% of its composition, and is bound with up to 15% high-grade resin. This blend ensures that the surfaces are resilient, sustainable, and visually indistinguishable from their predecessors.
For those who have cherished the classic WK Stone designs, the good news is that over 35 existing colours have been colour-matched in the QUANTUM ZERO line. Additionally, new colours are set to be introduced by the end of the year.

The potential risks from crystalline silica occur only during the manufacturing process, particularly when the stone is cut dry, which can release harmful dust.
