The spacious property created ample design opportunities to craft a beautiful home inside and out. As a result, this home has the wow factor in every small detail and stunning feature.

The master bedroom suite is one of the main attractions with its generous size, high ceilings and massive sliding glass doors providing a gorgeous view of the home’s exterior. This custom home is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home with an open-plan layout connecting the kitchen, living and dining room. An extra living room has been included in the design adjacent to the kitchenette/bar, which is ideal for entertaining guests.

The breathtaking kitchen enhances the home’s modern feel with a monochrome colour scheme. The metal tapware draws the eye as the discolouration adds an industrial element to this sleek design.

The same tapware was used within the home’s powder room and is complemented by a bold tile feature wall, pendant lighting and oblong mirror, creating an eclectic yet ultra-modern style.

The laundry was designed with functionality rather than for aesthetic purposes. Cabinetry has been installed above and below the bench, and two large cupboards provide ample storage space. A horizontal window runs along the length of the bench to invite natural light and give a view of the outdoor greenery.

The highlights of the alfresco spaces are a combination of beautiful decked entertainment areas, an inviting swimming pool and a stunning brick fireplace.
