This home was a truly original design with the clients working alongside Premier Traditional Homes to create a build with some cool new ideas for a modern home with traditional elements.

Our amazing sourced their own appliances for the build which was worked into the cabinetry design.

The kitchen island with its dreamy white countertop is an absolute centrepiece to the room creating a perfect area for meal time and allowing the clients’ to gather round for family occasions.

Drawing on the main space to create our clients vision of having a super large dining table take pride of place, and having the space to be able to gather at that table and move around freely. Also the focus on opening the space up to outside was really important.

The build was on a moderately sloping residential block in the Timbertop estate and required careful attention to get the homes street presentation/appeal to be maximised whilst trying to keep easy access to the backyard.
