This home took on the style of the classic attic homes that we offer, with a contemporary spin throughout with stunning architectural facade elements.

Our amazing clients had built their previous home with us and knew they wanted to come back but with an entirely different vision. They wanted their new home to keep the Premier Traditional Homes feel that would also suit their budget.

To suit family needs, and to achieve the client’s requirement for an open-plan kitchen and meals area, the fourth bedroom was repositioned to allow for a larger Alfresco area and backyard views.

Creating a spacious and inviting entryway was important to the clients to provide them with a grand entry and hall at the front of the house. This custom Elwood Attic home also highlights its large attic space, which is set to be utilised as a theatre/games space and as an additional study space.

They also included traditional features throughout the home, including beautiful French doors which opens up to the home office.

Proudly sitting on a corner lot, our client has already received several compliments from passers-by on the home that they’ve built, and we couldn’t be happier for them.
