This beautiful brand new knockdown rebuild took nine months to construct into the crisp white weatherboard facade. With signature Elwood Attic gable details, it was a joy for our team to complete.

Dual master bedroom suites, one upstairs taking up the attic space and the second at the front end of the house downstairs. An open plan modern style kitchen, dining and living space with an abundance of natural light, featuring a large stunning kitchen with an island bench, ample storage, and a walk-in pantry.

A large, spacious, functional laundry with rear opening access onto the backyard was yet another design element we could incorporate into our clients dream home, along with the alfresco dining space adding an outdoor entertainment area.

The narrow frontage and design constraints regarding fence lines and neighbouring windows were addressed early in the planning phase, enabling the Premier Traditional Homes building and design consultant to create solutions and craft alternative designs with their vast knowledge and experience.
