With the help of our amazing team, understanding the client’s needs during the design phase enabled us to enhance the existing streetscape creating a double-fronted home that provides amazing street appeal and blended seamlessly with its surroundings.

Neighbours have been delighted with the new addition to the street and have stopped to chat with the proud owners about their beautiful build to date!

Our client loved the Hawthorn Attic design and we were able to adapt it to suit their needs creating special and additional areas to make the home truly their own, within the $450,000 – $500,000 budget we had.

The kitchen with its grand island, practical farmhouse sink and spacious butlers pantry are stunning features to this beautiful cottage style home.

To capitalise on the north-facing block, extra-large windows were designed in the kitchen and let an abundance of natural light into the open floorplan living space.

Another highlight to this home was the spacious attic that adds more secluded space for our clients. This house is perfect with a spacious ensuite with vanities, a double shower, and a roomy family bathroom with a bath.
